Patched Hearts Place is a private pay practice and does not currently accept insurance. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for out-of-network services to be covered in full or partially. Please contact your provider by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify your out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services.

Insurance plans that provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services will typically request that you pay for the services upfront then submit a superbill, which is essentially an itemized invoice, for the reimbursement. We are happy to provide a superbill for insurance submission upon request.
